With the formation and preparation in 2003, a culmination of dissatisfaction, disinterest and parting ways with a previous clan, the path was clear. Falling from the ranks - masterless and without peer. Warriors hand picked from the armies of the ancient east, preparing for battle in the ancient ways, material has been prepared and re-scripted for the next epoch...
TzunTzu to-date is comprised of members having fought along side one another in live battle fields in various formations. Material that had been written yet never completed has now been revisited and reformulated, along with new hymns written in time's of soul seeking.
The first offering in the form of "Without Zen" a 5 peice Ep/Demo released in 2005 including the tracks, "Blood Of The Fallen", "Without Zen" and the haunting "Oni-Kudaki" with an introduction and outroduction and extensive multimedia - has been released in conjunction with Dissident Records. The second offering in the form of the Kunoichi MCD, featuring 6 tracks entitled "Shokai", "Kunoichi", "Gaijin", "NoKata", "The Howling Wind" and eerie orchestral peice "Meinichi". The cd also includes a video clip for the track "Gaijin". Released by Dissident Records UK and distributed in Australia by Prime Cuts.
TzunTzu having completed various shows including support slot for international bands Defiled (jpn) and Behemoth (pol) are now concentrating on the completion of their debut album and 2 further split releases...
